SACKS OF POTATOES NETS OF ONIONS (Including Pickling) BOX'S OF APPLES Pick your own usually begins in June (dependant on the weather). We have a wide selection of fruits and vegetable to pick your own throughout the season. We begin the season with strawberries, gooseberries and spinach. As the months follow we will also have 13 varieties of eating apples, 3 varieties of cooking apples and 4 varieties of pears. Eating apples include, Coxs orange pippin, katy, worster, discovery, russet, vista bella, james grieve, gala, charles ross, elstar lord lambourne and laxton superb. Cooking apples include bramley, howgate wonder and lord derby. Pears include conference, williams, comice and quince. Plums include Victoria, marjory seedling, opals, green gages, sanctus hubertus and also merryweather damsons. Other fruits and vegetables include strawberries, gooseberries, raspberries, black currants, red currants, Cabbage, brocolli, sweetcorn, cauliflower, spinach, swiss chard, bettroot, runner beams, broad beans, french beans, peas, Herbs, kohl rabi, pumpkin and squash, spring onions, carrots courgettes and marrows. To check availability please ring 07768 105669. We only accept cash or cheques. Coach parties are welcome, but must be booked in advance. No children under 16 may enter the farm without adult supervision. All children must be supervised at ALL times. Cars parked are done so at their own risk. All people enter the farm at their own risk. All produce picked MUST be paid for before being eaten. Bags and push chairs may be checked. No picnics allowed in the farm and all rubbish must be remove from the farm and disposed of in a bin. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the farm and we reserve the right to remove people from the farm. Theives will be prosecuted. |
